  1. Running Multiple Automation Agents:

    • The default ClearEdge Automation membership allows up to 8 Automation Agents to run simultaneously.

    • In TradingView, Only run 1 strategy per tab, for example do not run all your automations in 1 tab or window if on a browser.

    • You can add multiple settings for different strategies, timeframes (e.g., overnight or regular trading hours), or brokers.

    • To add a new setting, click the down arrow in ClearEdge Automation, configure the new strategy, and assign it to a broker account.

    • You can run Automation Agents across multiple brokers, as long as the total does not exceed the number of bots purchased in your subscription.

    • If you attempt to run more than the amount of Automation Agents allotted in your subscription, you will receive an error message indicating you’ve exceeded your license limit.

    • You can create unlimited settings but only activate the amount of Automation Agents allotted in your subscription at a time.

    • If you need more than your current subscription please contact us or upgrade your subscription to the amount of Automation Agents you need.

  2. Managing Settings:

    • Settings are saved automatically, so you don’t need to reconfigure them after logging out.

    • To delete a setting, navigate to the settings menu and remove the unwanted configuration.

    • Experiment with different strategies, timeframes, or parameters (e.g., contract size, profit targets, stop-loss, trailing stops) to optimize performance.

  3. Monitoring Automation Agents:

    • Check the Home tab in ClearEdge Automation to view all active brokers and Automation Agents.

    • Ensure each Automation Agent is active (indicated by a green status).

    • Review the Log section to confirm that TradingView alerts are being sent and received by the software.

    • Verify that the webhook URL and message in TradingView match the ClearEdge Automation settings.
